Methods of Payment: 1. MasterCard or Visa - To provide your MasterCard or Visa information either go to the Contact Us page on the feedback form or if you prefer to provide this information by voice telephone or by fax to insure an additional level of card security - give us a call. 2. Government I.M.P.A.C.� Cards - To provide your I.M.P.A.C. Visa information either go to the Contact Us page on the feedback form or if you prefer to provide this information by voice telephone or by fax to insure an additional level of card security - give us a call. 3. C.O.D. Shipments - Paid by Cash, Money Order or Certified Check. 4. Pre-Payment by certified check, money order or by company check includes a bonus - Isbell Engraving, Inc. pays all domestic shipping charges (via small parcel ground services or common carrier) within the Continental United States, except Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. 5. Open Account - Net 30 Day Payment Terms. We require a completed credit application to establish open-account status and corresponding credit lines (Please allow one week lead time to process this information). Open accounts are due in full 30 Days from date of invoice. Contact us and we will fax you our credit application. Note: Accounts with a balance 45 days overdue will be placed on C.O.D. basis until the account is current. Accounts with a balance over 30 days will be assessed a service charge of 1.5% per month on the unpaid balance. Note: A current Resale Certificate must be submitted and "on-file" prior to processing your initial resale order. 6. International Orders - Payment in advance in U.S. dollars is required. We will only accept checks drawn on U.S. banks, L/Cs or wire transfers. All charges associated with freight, export handling and documentation will be billed collect unless prior arrangements have been made. If a specific freight forwarder is not requested, we will select one. 7. Returned Checks - There is a $20.00 service charge for each check returned for any reason. Shipping Time: 1. Non-Customized Bulk Items - (badge accessories) - Normally shipped from stock within 24 hours. 2. Custom Orders - (Engraved items like name badges and custom signs) - Production and shipping dates will be quoted after approval of name lists and proofs). New name badge customers should expect 2-3 working days for production. (This is your first order only). Existing name badge customers - We ship the next working day after receipt of your orders. 3. Rush Orders - In emergencies, Isbell Engraving will do everything possible to ship product the same day; and under certain conditions, custom items may be moved up in the production schedule to accommodate. Call for details. Shipping Methods: 1. Normal Shipments - We will select the best method, (either by small parcel ground services or common carrier), unless otherwise specified. 2. Rush Shipments - By any overnight or 2nd day method desired (at customer's expense and approval). 3. Partial Shipments - unless otherwise specified by the customer, we may make and invoice partial shipments. 4. Drop Shipments - Orders shipped to a third party showing you as the shipper will be charged $7.50 per destination if packing slip is supplied by you. An additional $2.50 will be charged if we supply a generic packing slip. No order will be shipped without a packing slip. Shipping Expense: 1. Credit Card and C.O.D. Orders - We add shipping and handling costs based on F.O.B. Lafayette, IN USA. 2. Prepaid Orders by Check - we prepay and absorb all costs associated with normal delivery shipments by small parcel ground service or common carrier, within Continental United States, except Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. 3. Net 30 Day Orders - We prepay and add shipping and handling costs based on F.O.B. Lafayette, IN USA. 4. Rush/Overnight/2nd-Day Air Orders - We prepay and add shipping and handling costs based on F.O.B. Lafayette, IN USA. 5. Orders to Alaska/Hawaii/Puerto Rico - We prepay and add shipping and handling costs based on F.O.B. Lafayette, IN USA. Custom Orders: 1. All custom orders (except Open Account - Net 30 Customers) must include deposit equal to 50% of the total order. See Open Account Customers above. 2. Once placed, all custom engraved orders are considered firm and cannot be canceled without authorization. If authorization is granted, a $25.00 service charge will be invoiced to your account.
